• Can I submit from anywhere in the world? 

  • Yes. We are Lawrence, Massachusetts based but accept submissions from all over the world!

• Can I submit a piece that has already been published? 

  • You must let us know if the work you are submitting has been accepted to other places, previously published, and/or copyrighted. It’s your responsibility to make sure that your piece can be republished if it has already been published in another publication and you must disclose this information to us. We bare no legal or financial responsibilities for your oversight in this matter.

• Can I email you submissions outside of submission periods? 

  • No.​

• If I don’t have a PayPal can I submit? 

  • Yes but you will not be receiving your payment unless you have a PayPal account. Exceptions cannot currently be made.

• What are we doing with your work? 

  • By submitting this form, we reserve the right to make minor edits to your piece, to publish it in digital and print form, and use your name and accepted piece in promotional materials, and social media, including readings at events with your name.

• How old do I have to be to submit? 

  • We don’t have any age restrictions. But if you are under 18, you need to have parent/guardian consent to submit. (It will be on the submission form.)

• Is the magazine appropriate for younger audiences? 

  • While we encourage everyone to read the magazine, please be aware there is mature content. Please use discretion for younger readers.
